Do you have minimum order requirement?

Yes, we ask for a minimum order value of HKD 2,000 before delivery. All products have limitations on the quantity.

Can I place orders by phone and email?

We like to talk to our customers so ordering by phone is recommended but we happily take orders by email as well. For email and phone orders, we need customers to supply an accurate Company name, Shipping address, Billing address, Contactable phone number and customer’s Contact name.

How long should I wait for my orders to be completed?

Normally we can complete orders in a 1/2 working day. Our working days are Monday – Friday (10:00am till 6: 00pm)

How will I know if everything is in stock?

Goods are subject to availability. After the order is placed and accepted, our staff will contact you to let you know the stock status of your order.

How should I pay?

Our staff will call you once your order is completed and stock is assured. To new customers whose order is over HKD 2, 000, we accept bank transfer or cash on delivery in Hong Kong. For International customers, we only accept bank transfer.

Can I have a copy of the invoice?

Yes, all orders are issued with a copy of the commercial invoice and perform invoice contained.

When can I receive my goods?

We offer 2 to 3 working days delivery to Hong Kong. Please refer to the details about our delivery service for more information.

What should I do if I have received the wrong products or faulty products?

Please carefully read our Returns & Refunds rules and information you purchase with us.

Can I exchange/change item/s within my order after it has been placed?

Yes, if the order hasn’t been dispatched and if it is an order built on COD basis.

But If you have already paid for the order through bank transfer & the order is already processed then unfortunately we won’t be able to amend the order for you. Again, the amendment on orders are subject to availability.

Why was my order cancelled?

If a customer is unable to be contacted in 48hrs after the order has completed, or failed to complete payment within 48hrs, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Do you have a printed catalogue?

We do not have a printed catalogue available for customers. The product details are all posted on the website for customers to access at any time. www.touchstonecorpltd.com

Do you restock certain product?

Will I have to pay import tax on my item?

 My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you chose shipping insurance simply contact us and we will begin the claim. If you chose to have your item shipped uninsured, then you are responsible for any damage that occurs while in transit.
